WHY CHOOSE US?
Royce grew up helping people with
all types of health crises as he worked in his father's pharmacy
since he was 11 years old. That experience birthed a deep
desire to see people overcome personal and health challenges that
evolved into Royce's entry into the hearing health field in 1989.
Since 1989 Royce's
practice has served over 4000 patients in Missouri and Illinois, and
Royce has personally recruited, mentored, and supervised 5
Specialists in this field who have achieved National Board
Certification and are leaders in the field today.
Royce's practice grew to over 10
offices at one point serving the Bi-State Missouri and Illinois
region and although the practice is independent, became the largest
dispenser for one of the major U.S. laboratories in the state of
Missouri.
With all the success also came a
desire to get back to the basics of serving patients on a more
personal and intimate level helping them succeed in communicating
and living life to their fullest again. The business demands
of a large multi office practice did not allow that opportunity so
in 2001 Royce sold several of his offices to his former staff making
opportunity for their careers, reducing the number of offices to
two, becoming personally involved with each patient and their needs.
Today Royce and his staff are
personally involved in the day to day care of his patients and
helping them successfully utilize the technology available to
improve their communication skills and enjoy life, family, and
friends to the best of their ability.
In addition, Royce and Gayle have
been married for 36 years and have 4 grown children, and 12
grandchildren. Royce's interest outside of his hearing
practice is their church, boating and golf. They currently
reside in Terre DuLac, Missouri.
